1. Agreement to Terms
By reserving, renting, or using any vehicle from Titan Auto Rentals ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("Renter") agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Titan Auto Rentals.
2. Eligibility Requirements
• Renter must be at least 21 years old.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Additional drivers must meet the same requirements and be approved
• Proof of insurance may be required.
• Titan Auto Rentals reserves the right to refuse service.
3. Reservations & Payments
• A valid payment method is required to secure a reservation.
• Full payment may be required before vehicle pickup.
• Rates, taxes, fees, and deposits are subject to change.
• Security deposits may be held until the vehicle is returned and inspected.
4. Vehicle Pick-Up & Return
• Inspect the vehicle at pickup and report any existing damage.
• Return the vehicle on time and in the same condition received, normal wear excepted.
• Late returns may result in additional charges.
• Return all keys and accessories with the vehicle.
5. Renter Responsibilities
• Renter is responsible for damage, loss, theft, traffic violations, tolls, and parking citations incurred during the rental period.
• No smoking or illegal activity inside the vehicle.
• Keep the vehicle clean and operate it responsibly.
Important Notice
Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in additional charges, termination of the rental agreement, and/or legal action.
