Please review the following terms carefully before completing your reservation with Titan Auto Rentals.
Terms & Conditions
1. Reservations & Approval
All reservations are subject to manual review and approval. You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of submitting your request. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive that approval.
2. Security Deposit
A $100 refundable security deposit is required at the time of reservation. The deposit will be refunded via Zelle once the vehicle is returned and cleared of any outstanding tolls or tickets.
3. Driver Requirements
All drivers must be licensed, insured, and approved in advance. Only authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.
4. Vehicle Policies
- No smoking or vaping inside any vehicle. A $200 cleaning fee applies.
- No pets unless approved in writing prior to the rental.
- All traffic violations, tolls, and tickets incurred during the rental period are the renter's responsibility.
5. Rental Period
Vehicles may be rented for 1 to 7 days. Extensions must be requested and approved in advance.
6. Payments
Payment is collected securely through Wix Payments at the time of reservation. Titan Auto Rentals also accepts Zelle and Cash App for deposits and balances.
7. Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Deposit refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
